Dissatisfied with an item you have purchased on My Dynamics Store? While we cannot allow for the exchange of products or that you will be guaranteed a refund or discount, we will ensure all complaints are dealt with timeously by our Customer Service and Regulatory Affairs Department. On a case-by-case basis, you may be able to claim back a full EFT refund/repayment, providing that you have the invoice for the purchased product, dated to within six months, and that the product is still within the original packaging, with evidence of a clear quality issue. 

Refunds will be made on the basis of Health and Safety regulations and on Consumer Protection Laws of South Africa. We will do our best to reply as quickly as we can to all complaints, usually within five working days. We may ask for you to provide us information regarding the purchase and your intended use of the product. As stated, we cannot allow for the return or exchange of medications, in line with quality assurance protocols and industry regulations.

My Dynamics Store makes no representations whatsoever and gives no guarantees against latent or patent defects in respect of the products, and all conditions and warranties whatsoever, whether implied or otherwise, are hereby expressly excluded.

The products supplied by My Dynamics Store shall be suitable only for the purpose designated and intended on product inserts, and you shall ensure that products are only handled, used and otherwise dealt with in the manner detailed on product inserts, and in such a proper manner consistent with the instructions given by the product information leaflet.

My Dynamics Store shall not incur any liability of any nature arising in contract or derelict from injury, loss or damage to any persons or property arising from the use of the products.

The provision of goods and services is subject to availability.

The Provider reserves the right to cancel an order for which payment has already been received. This may occur if stock is insufficient or the quality of goods ordered does not meet the Provider’s standards. Should the Provider exercise this right, the User will receive a full refund with no deductions.
